When should my wedding trial run be scheduled?
We recommend scheduling your trial run at least two weeks prior to the date of your wedding but not sooner than one month before to keep the style fresh in your and our minds.

Do I need to put a deposit down to hold my wedding or event date?
We require a $50 deposit and a credit card number to be kept on file at time of booking to hold your event date. The $50 deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your services on the day of your event.

What if someone in my party wants to cancel their reserved service?
Any changes to the number of guests in the party must be added or canceled within 30 days of the reservation. There will be a charge in the full amount of the services reserved for any guests that book services but cancel the day of the reservation or less than 30 days prior to the event date.

What do I/we need to bring?
Everything we need to provide your services (bobby pins, curling irons, product, etc) will be brought by us with the exception of your veil, hairpieces, or flowers. If there is anything special that your are thinking of that may not be standard, please let us know ahead of time and we will discuss whose responsibility it will be to bring.

Are travel fees, parking, or gratuity included in your pricing?
A travel fee of $50 per stylist, round trip, will be applied within 30 miles or less. There will be a $25 charge for each additional 30 miles. Parking is not included in our pricing and is paid directly to the service provider on the day of the event, if needed. Gratuity is not included but is greatly appreciated.
